Joanna Lund (B.A, DipM, MCIPR)
Joanna is the founder of Reputation Matters and former in-house Director of Corporate Communications, having served over 17 years on the European Management Boards of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. These include Lucas Industries plc, the Eastman Kodak Company and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She has spearheaded international campaigns across corporate and brand media relations-, public/government affairs- and crisis/issues management activity. She has a proven track record in guiding organisations strategically and tactically through delicate periods of merger/ acquisition, divestment and general change management.
She is accustomed to starting up new communication departments with depth experience of recruiting and successfully performance-managing in-house teams and PR agencies across multiple geographies. Joanna is fluent in both French and German with strong professional connections both inside and outside the United Kingdom.

Bernard Carey (FCIPR)
Bernard
is a senior corporate communications specialist with over 20 years executive experience at several major multinationals, including British Gas, Lucas Industries plc, Bosch, BMW and Smiths Group. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, he has advised companies (and individuals) at launch, in crisis, and in growth and turnaround situations. His experience covers corporate positioning, culture development, media relations and political affairs. Bernard is also Chairman of newly launched Sound Strategies Ltd, a consultancy advising companies on the use of sound and music.

Tatiana Miller
Tatiana
has over 14 years experience in the IT sector – both agency and in-house. She worked at Symantec where she was responsible for enterprise public relations across the Northern region and where she developed and managed Symantec's pan-EMEA corporate communications programme. Prior to Symantec, she developed and managed Veritas Softwares corporate communications programme across 18 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She started her communications career at London PR agency Brodeur, where she ran media relations programmes for IBM Global Services, IBM Networking Systems EMEA, IBM Software EMEA, AMP and Claris.

Tom Peyton
Twenty-six years in the international oil industry with British Petroleum (BP), Tom has held senior executive positions across the Middle East and UK in oil trading, marketing, manufacturing and operations, including corporate affairs. Tom also served as a director of Hanover Energy from 1994-2003, working with international oil and gas companies, advising on the commercial aspects of energy developments in the Middle East, India and China. He is currently Managing Director of Enact Consulting, helping organisations evolve robust management and reporting systems in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Uschi Ferry
Our international outpost is supported by Uschi Ferry, based centrally in mainland Europe near Frankfurt in Germany. Combining over 24 years in-house brand and corporate PR expertise, with a highly developed network of domestic and international specialists, Uschi is able to help us activate grass roots program support – across the communication disciplines and all over Europe – for clients ranging from small owner-managed companies, to UK-company affiliates and global corporations. She has worked for Germanys leading consumer giant, Hakle, and for global health and hygiene company Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Uschi specializes in international PR agency recruitment/management, PR program development, media relations and crisis preparedness training.
